For office type applications it is an excellent tool for handling
data, producing reports, graphs etc. As a bespoke tool it will be
designed exactly to the needs of the operator and will be easy to
use (most off-the-shelf products will include features and options
not required).
Integration with Microsoft Word allows for easy production of mass
mailing or single letters using point and click functions from the
database (this allows non-typists to produce professionally presented
letters).
